If a person gets HPV shots, does this automatically mean that he/she is protected against HPV related STDs?

I think the HPV shots lowers the risk, but does not eliminate it completely. So of you keep on having unprotected sex then chances are you will still get STD even with the shots!

it depends there are vaccines that are single shots and another that is given in three separate doses.

having a HPV vaccination is not a ticket to being negligent or promiscuous. it only lowers the risk of contacting, but if you dont use protection, then the vaccine is rendered useless.
