I had sex with my boyfriend last weekend and we used a condom, we always do. We've never had it break, slip, or anything like that. Recently though I have been feeling abnormally tired all the time. I also have been super hungry, my appetite is crazy. And just yesterday I began getting cramps. The problem is I'm not due for my period for another few weeks because I just had mine before we had sex so I think it's too soon to take a test. For a few days after we did it I noticed very small amounts of a bright pinkish colored blood which I thought was normal but now i'm wondering if it was implantation bleeding. Please if you have any thoughts or advice please help me out. I don't know what to do.

You may just have a minor infection. Although the Vagina is tough and designed for sex, you can get bruising or tearing, and even scratches from fingernails. Plus there is always contamination from fingers. Minor infections do sometimes happen and generally clear up on their own. Major infections with any sort of discharge requires a trip to the GYN. If you were careful about using the condom your probably not pregnant.
