Hello dear,

I am very sorry to hear about you miscarriage but hopefully with some help you can avoid another. Luckily miscarriages are very normal to happen once, but it is not very common for it to happen twice. For your baby and you it is extremely important for you to eat healthy. Unhealthy foods can cause brain damage and physical malfunctions for your baby. For eating tips you can just look up Fitness, Food & Weight Gain During Pregnancy.

I hope this helps,

best of wishes,

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage.

Avoid Vitamin C until later in the pregnancy. Vitamin C has abortive properties and can cause a miscarriage.

Also avoid vaccinations. I just came across an interesting CDC report. The CDC states; "The corrected estimate for the total number of 2009-A-H1N1-flu-shot-associated miscarriages and stillbirths during the 2009/10-flu season is 1,588"

So the vaccination for the last flue season caused some miscarriages. Most likely from the thimerosal, which is a mercury based preservative in the vaccines.
