Ok I am 2 1/2 weeks late. I haven't been late since I was in highschool. I am 25 years old and in a stable relationship (we are engaged). I have been feeling like I should be getting my period but haven't gotten it. I have a small pain in my lower left side and have been feeling sick alot. I have taken two pregnancy tests and both have been negative. What should be my next step?

The pregnancy tests taken before ten days late aren't going to be accurate. The tests taken after the two weeks late, should be fairly accurate. You should see some signs on the tests by now. Remember that even a very faint line is a positive result on those drug store tests.

Its a good bet that your just late and that there is nothing to be concerned about, but I do understand that its unnerving, so to put your mind at ease, drop by the Doctors and take the blood test.
