Hi, How are some women coping with morning sickness?

Try raspberry leaf tea or some ginger snaps. Also unsalted crackers work well for morning sickness

eat some crackers before going out of bed. also try eating small meals that don't have strong odors or taste. this should help with the nausea and vomiting.

A piece of dry toast with some hot tea or tap water. usually something that does not have lots of flavor

I did ginger tea and toast. Some pregnant women do not take a liking to ginger tea because of its strong taste, but it enabled me to keep my stomach contents down.

I could not stand the ginger tea but I was ok with some fruit juice and unsalted crackers. But I still could not stand a cooked breakfast so I just ate fruits and cereal but indulged during lunch!

I know it's not in the books, but my sister ate a banana when she had morning sickness. She told me the mild taste settled her stomach.

they have those special candies for pregnant women that help with morning sickness. they are quite effective.
