I am almost 13 weeks pregnant and very excited to start a family with my husband. I never thought I would have such an issue with my body image. I want to be happy, which for the most part I am. Howver, I always need re urance that I am "Normal", being a very active person and weight concious person my whole life, I struggle with putting weight on and not having much of a choice..I am HUNGRY ALL THE TIME. I can't believ I have turned into one of "those" ladies who is soo bothered my my changing body. It's ridiculous, I know! I have always been average with my weight, struggled but average and very fit and to go to above average in weight gain is a very hard thing. what do you guys eat when you are hungry?? Thanks for your advice!
