i remember when my sister was pregnant and she frequently had false alarms. what triggers these early contractions?
some sort of chemical imbalance i think... but OBGYNs will tell their patients how to distinguish b/w a false labor and the real thing!
this is normal as some women get braxton hicks contractions.
I understand that braxton hicks is quite common during the late stages of pregnancy. think maybe the uterus is doing dress rehersal. :D
I think its time to go when the contractions are like 5 mins apart and are 3-4 minutes long...
according to the guy who discovered this (braxong hicks) it's the body's way of preparing itself for labor. like an early practice :)
