Its a bit early for those symptoms. Especially the "peeing more". That happens later in the pregnancy because the babies growth begins to compress the bladder. Everyone's body is different, but I think these symptoms are just a coincidence.

There is a debate in the medical field, wither precum contains semen or not. (Some studies have said yes, other studies have said no.)
