caffiene

Be informed: The article on the affects of caffiene on a fetus posted on this site is incorrect, it stated" • Try replacing your caffeinated beverages with non-caffeinated ones, like decaf coffee." Decaffinated products "do" have caffiene, just less. No caffiene and only "No Caffiene" means no caffiene and decaff means less caff.

I think if it's too much of it is not good. But if you just have few of it during pregnancy, it can't be harmful as you might think it is. When I'm pregnant with my second son, I did not stopped drinking coffee. But still, my baby came out healthy and until now, thanks God..I haven't seen any side effect. But, I only drink coffee and nothing else. That's the only caffiene drink I had during my pregnancy.

Caffaine is always a no, no, during pregnancy. It could definitely affects the babys development. So, stay away with caffaine it will not do you and your baby any good.

I think you better asked your doctor about it. Because I have a friend whom even during pregnancy, still continues to drink coffee but when the baby came out, the baby was perfectly okey, all of her vital organs were in good condition and until now, we havent seen any complications because of caffeine.
