if the water bag is broken, then it means that the baby is coming right? how long before the baby actually comes?

It depends from woman to woman, but a broken water bag is definatley a sign to head for the ER.

some women deliver right away but for some it still takes long... to be safe, i agree with wendy.

I think this will depend on how fast the cervix will dilate
