You should always get a test from a doctor before you give up or make any decisions, i have missed my last two peroids but i have been spotting when i should be ovulateing, so im confused myself, I have taken several tests and im trying to get pregnant, but yes i do advise that you keep takeing tests, or go to your doctor and get a blood panel, see if it's stress or hormones to count for your lack of peroid. I missed my peroid for six months last year, hoping i was pregnant and it just hadn't shown up on the hpt, i kept waiting and didn't go to the doc's as it turns out my body was not ovulateing like it should have been and it was not produceing the correct hormones. so now im back on track and trying to have a baby. So if it's been two months and no peroid, i would said wait another two weeks so that you would be 10 weeks prego if you are and if the hpt says no, then make a dr appt, something could be wrong.
