There is a lot of things in the environment that can cause a late period. Unfortunately there is no way to determine what's causing yours. Could you be pregnant after a tubal? It has happened, but is so unlikely that its almost impossible. Its extremely rare for the cut tubes to fuse back together.
I would give it another week, and if you still haven't started, then you can take a pregnancy test to ease your mind. by that time, you will be far enough along where the test should be accurate.
