Hi, I am 45 and the last 2 months I have had spotting 4-5 days before my period. Also the last time months my breasts do not hurt during ovulation. It makes me think I am not ovulating anymore. I also had hypothyroidism for the last 10 years. I am very worried.

It sounds like you might be in the beginnings of menopause. Thats how my mom started it (but she started it way earlier than 45). If you are concerned about it go see your doctor, but that is very normal if you are starting to go through "the change".
