You can manage by addressing your symptoms one at a time. If you get bloated, then avoid salt. If you get pimples, then sleep early and remove make-up, use antibacterial soap. If your breasts are tender, wear a sports bra so that your boobs are secure :P and if you get headaches, drink some aspirin and remember to get lots of rest
some of us are not so lucky on the PMS department. I even cramp before my period! when these thinks happen I just try to keep busy do anything that distracts me from the discomfort. It is manageable for me but for those who are really down in the dumps... it can be tough!
