I generally have periods for 6-7 days. I have been trying to keep track of when I ovulate and the kit that I am using says to start the day after my last period day. However, I tend to spot lightly from day 6 sometimes all the way to day 8. What should I count as my official last day? Help!

For the purpose of imputing it into the ovulation calculator? I'm not sure. Are you using the calculator for birth control, or to get pregnant? If your using it for birth control, I would go to the manufacture website and thumb through their user forums. I'm sure that this isn't an unusual question. Many women spot, so I am willing to bet that it has been asked and answered already.
