its 50 50 with women. some have periods that are like clock work. They come the same times every month and last the same amount of time. Others cant trust their cycle at all. One month it comes after only 19 days and lasts three days, the next month it might come after 30 days and last 9 days. My wife is like that. Last month her period lasted almost two weeks.
Cut down on the amount of plastic that you drink out of] Most food plastics are made out of BPA. BPA leaks a synthetic estrogen when its heated. Think about it. You heat up your coffee in a plastic cup, or toss in a TV dinner, The microwave heats up the cup or plate and estrogen seeps into your food. True fact. Canada just banned BPA as toxic, but were still using it in everything.
Second. Take a good quality Vitamin K and Beta Carotene. Not the crud from the big stores, but the good stuff you find in a real vitamin shop.
Both of these are needed by your body blood clotting to take place. Upping your intake of these should help reduce heavy periods.
