i am an 19 yr old girl.i am very weak nd underwt.i have a probelm of irregular bleeding which causes me high backache,weakness etc.......i need d help wat should i do ??????

My daughter just turned 20. She began her periods at 14 years old and they have always been very irregular. She may go 2 to 3 months at a time and have nothing. She has tried birth contol to regulate it and as longs as she is on that she is regular.. once she is off it stops. Any suggestions?
