Bloating PMS

I hate bloating! But I get it everytime I PMS. Are there foods that cause bloating? Please help so that I can manage my bloating problems. Thanks

Avoid salty foods. Salt aids in water retention making you bloat even more!

bloating is also associated with gassy foods so avoid those too.
