Hey there! My Aunt Flo (this is so old fashioned LOL!)used to visit irregularly too. Our family doctor said this was pretty common. But she came once a month after I gave birth to my first child...so maybe this will happen to you too???

Over the years I have noticed that my period has become lighter. I am currently undergoing menopause and my doctor has assured me that missing periods is quite normal. However, I do recall that even when I was in my 20's till my early 40's there are days when Aunt Flo skips... so I should think you are fine.

I think this is called amenorhea (not sure of the spelling ). Most women experience this in their lifetimes, and it does not have to be connected with mennopause or pregnancy. More likely, just a slight hormonal imbalance from time to time

no need to worry as missing aunt flo is normal, unless of course you are pregnant?
