I have an IUD but I can't feel the stings anymore, can I still get pregnant?

I don't think that you are normally so-posed to feel stinging pain from an IUD.

Most IUD are made of a plastic material and most have some copper components. They tend to be T shaped, the top of the T being used to anchor the IUD in the uterus and preventing it from falling out. As long as it is still in place, you should be covered by its protection. If you think that it may have fallen out, then you should ask a doctor to take a quick look.
