Is it still necessary to take birth control while under going menopause?

Yes, especially if you have multiple sex partners. STD can still infect menopausal women, even if the chances of pregnancy are slim to none!

Y'know, I never really thought that women would need birth control at this age, but after reading this post, I will have to agree with Eva. If you are single and sexually active then yes, a condom will have to be necessary even at 40...even at 70! LOL!

Im afraid condoms are still a must, especiallly if you have more than one partner. STD is everywhere and I dont think STDs will exempt "golden girls"...;D

if not in a monogamous relationship then better use birthcontrol!
