I saw a video of a woman saying that she puts a teaspoon or two of yogurt in her vagina every month or so to help with good bacterial growth. I feel silly asking this but... WTH??? Is this for real? Can yogurt really help in cleaning the vagina?

IDK bout that but eating it will help with yeast infections it helps to maintane a healthy balance, your vagina has good and bad bacteria. when you get a yeast infection it's usually because your bacteria balance somehow got messed up and yogurt puts the good bacteria back in the body without getting all the bad ones too. :)
