My BFF sprained her ankle quite severly yesterday. She was put on a mobile cast and advised to stay off her feet for the next two weeks. Physical therapy was also recommended but she is opting to cop out as this was not covered by her insurance.
We know she needs it, so now we are looking for alternative ways of doing physical therapy for her ankle. Suggestions for this are very much welcome.

If its in a splint then It should heal just fine. and I agree with Chloe. Doing something like this with yourself will do more harm than good.

maybe you can ask for a discount or check if this is reimbursible from her employer, because some employers reiburse medical expenses.
