take naps whenever you can. A 15 minute power nap can give you energy for four more hours. |

I snack... but its junk sometimes... and yeah its hard without coffee and junk food so my suggestions aren't healthy at all. |

I wanted to say cigarettes ( I used to smoke in college when I wanted to pull all nighters) - but its not healthy, so I will go with the power naps that Wendy suggested. |
