this is a silly question but can they fall out? i have had my iud in sence july 2009 and just with in the last week i have been bleeding is it normal? before i never bled at all why now? thank for all your help

If your IUD worked itself out of your uterus, l think you would be aware of it as they are big enough to see easily! I would definately speak to wherever you had it inserted for advice on the bleeding .....
