Ive seen some acne related posts and I just want to share that I used to get acne too. My dermatologist asked me to limit my intake of fried foods and junk food. I was also advised to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. After 2 months of this I did notice a very remarkable improvement on my skin.

Just wanted to share to those who get acne and pimples....

the hair and the skin are very good indicators of health... so staying away from fatty foods can benefit greatly.

try an all veggie diet for a few months and see if your acne improves.
