I think the doctors will wait if you will actually develop the cancer cells. Coz even if you are genetically predisposed to cancer, it might still not happen. |

Yeah, I think so, but at least if you know then you can take precautions and get regular checkups. remember that prevention is better than cure! |

Talk to your other relatives and tell them that they are at risk too. You can also explore options with your doctor. |

i would ask the doctor how much chance that i will actually get the cancer then decide from there if i want a mastectomy or other procedures. |
