warm water and unscented soap. these two are still the best. leave the sprays, douches and other stuff alone. those can only irritate as the vagina can clean itself. |

huh??? personal hygiene is basic... i just clean myself down there thoroughly twice a day using warm water and masengil. |

yeah I agree with you ladies. Some women use deodorants, sprays and other feminine stuff but good ole water and soap will do! Soap can dry the vagina though, so maybe water will do =) |
