Absolutely not.
An STD is simply that - Sexually Transmitted Disease.
However, you can get a form of herpes by kissing someone who has, or is recovering from a Cold Sore - a type of herpes.

You can get anything if you try hard enough. Herpes is easy to get. Its also possible to get gonorrhea in your throat. Is a peck on the cheek going to give you the clap? No, probably not, but like I say. If you throw common sense out the window and if you give it your best effort, then yes you can get an STD from kissing.
