I am 30 year old married.I am suffering from a problem of noncontinuous nature.Before or after two days mensuration period of my partner if we have intercourse some very small radish spots observed on my penis head immediately and my penis skin becomes sensitive.However if I applies SURFAZ-SN cream, it gets cure with in a day.I never feel any problem while passing water or during intercourse nor burning sensation. Some time I feel this problem if I am not washing my penis after intercourse or not maintaining hygiene. My wife don't have any sensitive skin or burning sensation problem but some time I observe white thick discharge during intercourse (5-6 days in month).She is having regular period cycle and no other problems.Hence I am suffering this problem averagely twice a month and sometime skin on my penis gets changed/renewed (Can't express in medical term).
I read about trichomonas and chlamydia but my symptoms are not perfectly matching with those.
Please suggest me the medication or treatment.

there is really no way to diagnose you over the internet, so i would recommend going to a doctor or health clinic (many are free for STD testing) and they could be of more help.

it could be that menstruating effects your wife's vaginal secretions and they are irritating your penis. if it only happens during her period that would make a bit of sense.

as for the discharge, while it could be a problem, if there are no symptoms like burning or itching or a smell, then it is probably normal. vagina's are finicky and they have a lot of discharge sometimes, especially during sex. but again, if you're worried, i really would suggest you both get to a doctor!
