exercise is safe when you are pregnant, just so long as your body can take the strain. of course when your tummy gets bigger it would be better for more gentle forms of exercise like walking or yoga... |

Jogging is ok while pregnant. I've seen lots of pregnant women around the park where I live at jog all the time. Just a slow-paced jog is fine, don't overdo it. If you already jog, then you know your limit. You can also cut the number of rounds you usually make . |

walks and swimming are always good. plus you can do them even during the last few weeks of pregnancy. |

yoga and pilates are still safe during pregnancy. there is even yoga specially designed for pregnant mothers. |
