I discovered a new trick to help me with my menstrual cramps: going to the gym. You see, i got my period this month while i was in the gym really pushing myself hard. I never noticed that my period had come or that I was cramping. i also did not cramp for the rest of the day and only felt minimal pain during the rest of the cycle.

I know some women can barely stand while they cramp, but for those who can, try going to the gym, it is distracting plus it helps you sleep better!

This is true, exercise releases endorphins making you feel good! It's also nature's pain killer!

I like to exercise too but Im with Keana, doing it with your period is too troublesome!
