yes it is true, although they are not sure yet as to why it affects pregnant women more. some say that it is hereditary. |

My friend had bell's palsy when I was in college, but he was a guy. I never knew that pregnant women more at risk! |

I've had Bell's Palsy twice, but not during pregnancy. I've done a considerable amount of research on it. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing you can do to prevent it or cure it. They say to reduce your stress, but if you are pregnant, that is kind of tough! |
