3 neg pregnancy tests;have all the symptoms, including milk

I am 24 years old and have been pregnant 3 times. Each time, i felt the symptoms, VERY early, although with my first i really didn't piece it together. Each time, i took a pregnancy test and right away got a positive. well last yr august 13 i had a miscarriage (at 12 weeks) and had to have a DNC. A few weeks later i saw a little milk and haven't since (and believe me i squeezed lol). Flash forward my period came a couple days early(Feb 3). i took a preg test the day after it began and again the day it went off (on the 7 and usually my periods last a whole week) it went off. all negative. My cycle seemed normal, a pretty good amount of red blood for two days, and tapered off to a pinkish color. Thing is, the reason why i took them is because i FEEL so pregnant. I have had all the same symptoms, fluttering, nausea/vomiting especially in the mornings, dizziness, hot spells, crazy constipation, super sensitivity to smells, weird cravings, breast tenderness/sensitivity, and EXTREME fatigue. I have blown it off because the tests were all negative but this morning awoke to discover little droplets on my nipples. upon further probing noticed that it hasn't seem to run out or run dry. i can elicit the all too familiar discharge with a gentle squeeze. What i am wondering is have any of you ladies with 2 or more pregnancies had a false negative one pregnancy and a normal response (positive) with the first (or second)? Anyone have a seemingly normal bleeding spell (mistaken for a cycle) during your pregnancy? anyone have both? i plan to see the doctor but i am wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms with pregnancy. I am a mother of 4. My kids range from the age of 24 to 20. I had a tubaligation in 1990. My youngest son is 20 years old march 17th. I am having all the symptoms of pregnancy. Nausea, body has high body temp, bloating, sore breast, extremely fatigued, can't eat things I normally eat, my nipples around my breast are dark. Finger nail polish make me sick to the stomach. It seem like I can smell any and everything I normally never paid attention too before, so my nose sensitve to smell. I am a week later for my period. I did a pregnancy test but it was negetive. I do not want another baby. I thought the tubal ligation was permanent. I'm a little confused.

thats exactly what im going through except for the milk. I am super confused and dont know what to do. i know im pregnant but my results keep coming out negative. Now im hearing about i might have an ectopic pregnancy. Oh and im 17, this shit is pretty new to me...Ive been so stressed out, always tired, hungry all the time, i feel bloated and nausea/vomiting are always there. im constipated and if i do go it hurts like hell. my ankles are constantly swelling, just a bit but enough to tell.. you ladies have any suggestions?
anything would help.
