my period gets heavy from time to time so there are times when i have to deal with stains on my clothes. its ok for white clothes because there is bleech. but for coloreds it can be quite a challenge. just saying coz i have to do my stained coloreds in a few minutes.... sigh!

soak the colored clothes for one hour with a color-safe detergent. this should make the stain easier to come out. incidentally, there are color safe bleaches available..... so you can try that too.

soak in warm water... use tide... rinse with cold water.

this is why i always use dark clothing and sheets when i have my period. the stains can be annoying to deal with.
