how long is a long menstrual cycle? an office mate told me she bled for 9 days!!!!

she still had blood left? haha! anyways, if the period is light then maybe its just hormonal imbalance.

You know, you ought to have that checked! I mean its not good if you lose too much blood! It might also be a sign that something is wrong.

really i wouldnt be tooo wt worried about a few extra days a LOT of doctors have looked and me and cant figure mine out. i have 2-3 week peroids and am 19. At 13 when i started i was having 3-4 month peroids. i require blood transfusions so.... i dont understand the big deal about a few more days because it could always be worse... it could be a few more weeks.
