Yes, definitely. I've been looking all over for reasons of missed periods and they say that if you change your dieting, sleeping, or exercising patterns it could delay your cycle. Also if you're under an abnormal amount of stress that could contribute to the lateness, or certain medications might have an effect on your period. You could also just have an abnormal cycle, but there may be some actual medical issues you might want to check into. |
