Tampons for work because they don't leak that much but pads at home because I like giving my vagina a break...yeah I know Im weird, huh! |

Pads! because of a bad experience I had when the string broke and the tampon got lodged up my vaginal cavity and had to go to the ER to get it! So embarrassing! |

Yeah, I saw that discussion too. But nobody in epigee seems to be familiar with it. So for now, I go for pads |

I went there too and followed their advice and search the web for info on sea sponges. It seems like a good alternative. But kinda messy to clean and care for. With the tampon you just pull out and flush. So Tampon for me girls! |

I also went to the sea sponge thread and it seems like a good option! but i use pads for now. less risk of TSS |

I like the extra long pads even when my period is not heavy. less messy that way and more secure than tampons. |
