I am 14 years old an I think I might have dysmenorrhea. But when I try to explain that to my mom when I'm laying in the floor and crying in pain because of my cramps, she says that I haven't been diagnosed yet.
I was wondering how someone would get diagnosed with such a condition. Is there some type of test?

What you should do it tell your mom to take you to a dr. and have them tell your mom that you have it.
