its my first time to take birth control pills and ive been experiencing spotting for 8 days now after my 5 days regular period..,, ive read in some article that spotting might be a sign that my pills is not effective and i need estrogen to stabilize the lining of my uterus,, i was wonderin what is the right birth control pill for me? thanks :)
