Breast growth reversal?

My girlfriend got onto the nuvaring 4 months ago.  She has grown almost a full cup and she ABSOLUTELY hates it.  Is ther any hope in sight to go back to her B size?  Or is she stuck with what she has now?  Minus surgery...
