Uncomfortable Air in my uterus?

Hey im a 21yr old female i also have ovarian cyst and i just got my golbalder removed about 3months ago latley me and my boyfriends sex life went down the drain everytym we try to have sex my womenly part meaning down there get filled with air and he doesnt feel anything so it goes limp is there anything i can do to remove the air from there ive tried gas x and birth control but im still filled with air please help me!!!
