Tummy appear after sex

hi.
I found that a tummy would appear on my husband belly after we had sex. 
Usually will goes off in few days time.
According to him, he been having it few years ago; whenever he masturbarted few time in a day.
So i gave him 2 bj and the tummy did appear few hours later.
Is this normal ?
Anyone saw this happening with your husband of boyfriend ?
