I have irregular cycles from 34 to 42 days and lately I have been under so much stress at work and home besides that my heart has been beating different. December 29 was the start of my cycle and saturday which will be 16 days I had intercourse used protection but two days later started spotting and now today it feels as though my period is going to start again. Can this be caused by all the stress I am going through and the adjustments I'm getting at the chiropractors? Someone please help me as I am about to get into a nervous attack.

Okay so last month was about the first time this happened, I had intercourse and then I started to bleed. The next day it had stopped so I figured there was nothing to worry about. Then it happened 2 more times. Then my period was about 3 days early then it was supose to be. This month I have not had any bleeding during or after intercourse but now my period is a week early and the blood seem like a lighter color then usual! I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they both came up negative. Should I be worried? I am so nervous!!?? Please help me answere my question as to whats going on with me.
