QUESTION
pimples

I know it's normal to get a pimple on the face, chest and back areas, but is it normal to get one on the back of your leg, just underneath your bum (where the thigh and bum meet)? I discovered one there and it's very painful and I've never had one there before or heard of any one else whose had one there. Is it normal or should I make an appointment with my doctor?

yuck! i wouldn't want a pimple there but i don't see why you couldn't get one there. is it especially hot where oyu live? if so, maybe the sweat caused some dirt or bacteria to get in causing a pimple. if doesn't go away or get better on its own after a few days, then maybe i'd go see the doctor. as long as its the only one that shows up, i wouldn't worry about it.

i have just discoverd many pimples on my thighs and bum how do i get rid of them i dont get many any where else ? are they pimples they dont seem to have puss

ok i think you should try and pop some and see if they bleed or puss. if not you might have something wrong and you will probably have to go to the doctor.

yip, i have them too, like many! They are very sore, it feels like a tiny shard of glass... they are definately empty and they keep on coming and keep on going. I'm seriously not going to the doctor about it. It started when I started my office job where I have to sit on my bum the whole day... I'm gonna try get some sun on my bum. ???

hi , i have a huge amount of pimples on my bum going all the way down to the back oback of my knees, and i hate it, i have never had them on my face or any where else for that matter. I have been told over and over that i have amazing skin, as i am spanish and got the great skin from my mum and dad. I was in hospital a few weeks ago, and i got very sick with a massive lung and airway infection. When i came out of the hospital i fel my bum and it was COVERED in bumps, and red hurting pimples, some pussy, some little pimples, and some blister like. I was on hardcore antibiotics and my immune system was so low I caught Staph from some kid in a bed next to me, and the doctors say thats what caused the outburst of acne like rash on my bum and back of my thighs, I hate it cause my bum looks shit in a g string now! and im scared it will never get better, or worse still that they will get better , but there will be scars.
i hate pimples.

Hey I had the same thing and went to the doctor and my "pimple" behing my leg was infected and they had to do all these iv's and hook me up with antibiotics! my doctor and had to use this swab thing to go into the "pimple" and clean it all out. It hurt like hell so you better get to the doctor soon!

i have heps of those things all over my bum.they are sooo anoying and hurt alot. Some get really big and pussy. i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get rid of them as i am very ashamed to wear togs anymore cause i have all these things on the backs of my kegs and my bum, if soooo please send me an email to carterchick_11@hotmail.com it will be very apreciated. it will be good to be able to wear togs again.....

Hey, after taking antibiotics, i have rashes on my legs and spread to my thighs. I have some pimple like rash on my chest for few days. very small dots, no pus. they disappear after 2 days.
Is this from my antibiotic use? or is it something else?

Sammy did you hear any responses as to how to get rid of these pimples on your bum? I've started to get the same thing...and its so gross!!

me personally i don't think that you have a pimple what i think it is you've got is a rison ,i tell you what you can do,to see if it's a pimple or rison.

i gotten some pipmles inside my bum& their now closer to the pussy..what should i do?..i popped some of them thinking its a pimple or that theirs hair in there..but all it dose is bleeds...&& for sure i dont want to see my doctor about this..what should i honestly do?

Hi,
I also have the same problem from time to time. I ussually get pimples on my bum during summer when it's very hot. Funnyly enough I am beggining to associate them with lack of sleep, coffee, hot weather and probably stress. i have noticed that they do improve after a good night sleep. Am convinced I should go to the Dr though.

hi i also get em on mi legs but heaps of em! i hav found a way to get rid of em or to try and clear em up. all you hav to do is keep rubbing detol cream on em for a few weeks and see if there is any changes. at first when i was gettin em i thiought it was because i as showering to much but it wasn't!

u said yours had cleared up by applying detol cream, but do u still have scars? i've had really bad spots on my bum 4 years, even when the spots go, the scares look just as bad, i've got clear skin everywhere else on my body, so i don't know whats happened ???

hey I have pimples on my back,face and lately i noticed i have a few between my breast my chest that is it itches sometime and smell when i sweat it smell like an arm pit without deordorant i'm light in complexion and between my chest is dark now because of those pimple those any have answer

i have the same pimpley red dotty things heaps of them not really big a gross just heaps of tiny little dotty things - the same sort of stuff i get on the back of my arms along with some red pimples on my bum...(ahh sorry to be so inclusive, lol) - they come and go really quickly
I am 18 now and they have been there for around 2 years, i just CANT get rid of them!
it is extremly annoying especially because ive a new boyfriend and it is really sad to think i have to try and hide my ass in the shower with him and i try to avoid certain sexual positions because i am so embarrest.
i feel pretty unsexy because of it and sometimes it hurts when i sit down..its such a hassle!!

I also have that problem with the pimples on my upper legs, does that detol cream trick work? Is there any other recomemdations? Ive had them for a while now and they are very shameful... if anyone has a good suggestion, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE emaill me...

its most likely from shaving... When you shave, your hair becomes thicker.. and has to push its way out... there called ingrown hairs... dont touch them.. theyl go away...
if possible dont shave as much

I had the same problem... You girls want to know the secret? Tan... I'm so serious! I never tanned before and then I started tanning for prom and the pimples on my butt went away! It was SO AMAZING! and they haven't came back! Good luck!

I sometimes get pimples every now and then on my thigh...possible small ingrown hairs...but who knows. If I pick them or squeeze the slightest bit....a red squiggly line appears coming from the blemish. It usually travels out about an inch from the enflamed area under neath the skin. What does this mean
