That does sound kind of gross, but gross things sometimes happens, i guess. I think I may have heard something about having small clots in your menstruation blood, but I don't know about really big clots. If they are really big or grossing you out maybe you should ask your doctor.

Is it normal to get clots in your menstrual bloods? I don't get them the entire time I bleed but on the heaviest days I'll get these...things, like clots I guess. Is just my uterine lining coming out?

Deanne, I've had the same problem before. The clots seemed to go away when I drank more fluids and went for more walks. Exercise will help the blood get out before it clots. Also, anything bigger than a quarter should be seen about. C.j.
