I've been on the pill for about 11 years now (since I was 15). My fiance and I would like to start trying for children. Does anyone know how long it can take before I can expect my periods to get back to normal?

Give yourself a good 4-8 months for your periods to return to normal. If you're planning a pregnancy the best thing is to wait a year before trying to conceive as your system will benefit by getting rid of all traces of the pill.
